IT'S A BOY!!!!

Hello everyone! As a Christmas present we decided to get an ultrasound and find out what we are having. Well the news is out, its a boy! It was kind of a surprise to me because my sisters had girls first and my Mom had 4 girls before she had any boys. Its a surprise but we are excited. Lucky for me(and you) my husband is a lot better on the computer than I am and was able to take our ultrasound DVD and put it onto our blog, so please enjoy the first ever video of our little boy.

17 1/2 Weeks

Here is my belly as of today. I'm starting to feel really big. I'm beginning to wonder how my skin is going to stretch enough to get as big as its supposed to! I think I'll just run out of skin. Ha ha, thats probably how most people feel.

My most exciting news is that I have felt the baby move now and I feel the baby move everyday! Baby Gerber especially likes music! The baby was kicking around like crazy when everyone was singing in church.

I'm finally getting over my nausea I think. Its nice to not feel like you are going to throw up all the time! I'm so thankful for my health and I pray for all the people who feel sick all the time.

I have started to sleep with about 5 pillows. My joints have become more relaxed lately and when I lay on my side my hip goes out of place. So now I have pillows to support me and to help my hips not to hurt so much.

As you can see we have our tree up and we are so excited for Christmas!:) We got some snickerdoodle cookies that we want to pass around to our friends and neighbors around us. Of course we will have to eat some as well. We wish everyone a Merry Christmas!
