Malakai's Blessing, Tyler's Birthday, and more!

I have a few events to post about this time, and just so you know this is not in order but it is all in the last little bit. This first picture is of Malakai and our friends(Jeff and Vicky) baby Justin who was just born July 8(on 7/8/09). The funny thing is Malakai isn't really a small baby for his age, but they are just about the same size. He was born 9lbs. 12oz.! It probably won't take long at all for him to become much bigger than Kai.This picture is Tyler's new Rocket Launcher Gun. Our brother-in-law has a Rocket Launcher Gun which he brought to the 4th of July party and everyone had lots of fun shooting off their homemade paper rockets. Tyler had so much fun that he decided he wanted to go buy all of the parts and make one for himself. Which we brought to Tyler and Troy's birthday party and Tyler got to show his new toy off. He also got a new blackberry, which he actually got for free with a 2 year upgrade. Shortly after Malakai was born(when both of our brains were much more sleep deprived than they are now) Tyler accidently put his blackberry in the washer and that was the end of that. Luckily we found a great deal at Wal-Mart and he was able to get another one.

Malakai's Blessing went very well. We planned for extra time and I was able to get him sleeping by the time Sacrament came around and he slept through the whole blessing and all of Sacrament. He also did not ruin his outfit and he was actually pretty good for the lunch afterwards. This is a cute picture of Grandma, Papa, and Kai.

I had to put this picture up because I think Kai's face is pricesless. Half asleep with his mouth hanging open(and fighting sleep like usual).

I know its pretty late for this but I decided to put up a few pictures from 4th of July at my parents house.

Katie caught a lot of the rockets that were shot off. I think thats pretty impressive. Tyler got a picture of her right as she was catching one.
